Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O SCM Functional Consultant Location: Montreal, Quebec (Hybrid) About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Supply Chain Management Consultant to join our growing Enterprise Applications practice. In this client-facing role, you will work with mid-market and enterprise organizations to design, implement, and optimize Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions across manufacturing, distribution, retail, and professional services environments. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, technical teams, and project managers to deliver end-to-end digital transformation projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale ERP implementations, leveraging industry best practices and the latest Microsoft technologies. Key Responsibilities Lead business requirements gathering and discovery workshops. Analyze current-state processes and design future-state D365 F&O SCM solutions. Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules. Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practice solutions. Facilitate Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), UAT sessions, and process validation workshops. Create functional design documentation, business process flows, and configuration specifications. Support integrations, data migration, testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities. Collaborate with developers and solution architects to deliver business requirements. Provide end-user training, change management support, and user adoption activities. Participate in post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to business development activities, demonstrations, and pre-sales engagements when required. The ideal candidate will possess experience in several of the following areas: Procurement & Sourcing Inventory Management Warehouse Management Product Information Management (PIM) Master Planning / Planning Optimization Production Control Shop Floor Execution Transportation Management Landed Cost Asset Management Demand Forecasting Quality Management Qualifications Required 4+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain Management consulting experience. Multiple full-cycle ERP implementation projects. Strong knowledge of supply chain and operational business processes. Experience leading client-facing workshops and requirements sessions. Hands-on experience with system configuration and testing. Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS). Experience supporting UAT, cutover, and go-live activities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in both English and French. Preferred Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (MB-330). Experience within manufacturing, distribution, retail, or consumer products industries. Exposure to Power Platform, Power BI, and Dataverse. Experience with integrations and data migration strategies. Previous consulting or professional services experience.
