As a Marketing Analyst, you will work closely with the Product Manager to support the development, launch, and lifecycle management of innovative industrial products. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about translating market insights, customer needs, and business objectives into actionable product strategies. In this role, you will lead product research, competitive intelligence, Voice of Customer (VoC) analysis, product documentation, beta testing administration, and product performance reporting. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Sales, and Marketing, you will help ensure product requirements, market opportunities, technical specifications, and customer insights are accurately captured and communicated throughout the product lifecycle. The Responsibilities * Conduct market, customer, competitor, and technology research to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic insights. * Support product strategy through market analysis, competitive intelligence, Voice of Customer (VoC) programs, and data-driven recommendations. * Develop and maintain product documentation, including Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), Customer Requirements Specifications (CRS), business cases, presentations, and stage-gate documentation. * Monitor competitor products, pricing, technologies, and market activities, and prepare intelligence reports and recommendations. * Collect, analyze, and synthesize customer, distributor, and market feedback to identify product improvement opportunities and emerging needs. * Support product development initiatives by coordinating documentation, stage-gate reviews, and continuous improvement activities. * Assist in planning and executing beta testing programs, including test plans, participant communications, feedback analysis, and reporting. * Track product performance metrics and support forecasting, product investment evaluations, lifecycle management, and end-of-life planning. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support successful product development and growth. * Analysis on Market performance, campaign performance, leads, and other marketing insights. The Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Technical Communications, Marketing, Business Analysis, or related field required. * Additional certification in Business Analysis, Product Management, Project Management, Technical Writing, or Market Research preferred. * 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product development, technical documentation, product support, engineering administration, market research, or related role. * Experience working within manufacturing, industrial products, or engineered products environments preferred.
