POSITION: Merchandiser – Indoor Program STORE NUMBER: 1122 - Edmonton Albany LOCATION: 16940 127 St, Edmonton, AB T6V 1B1 HOURS: Part-Time Hours, 6-10 hours per week (Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday) WAGE: Starting at $16.50/hour Summary Rainbow Greenhouses is hiring a Merchandiser to care for live plants inside Walmart stores. You will work independently for a few hours each week, keeping displays clean, organized, and inviting. This role is a great fit for someone reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable managing their own time. Training is provided. Steel-toed shoes are required. About the Role This flexible, part-time role is ideal for someone who works well independently and enjoys simple, hands-on tasks. You will maintain healthy plants and tidy displays that help customers shop with confidence. You will be responsible for maintaining and refreshing live plant displays within a retail store environment. This includes watering, organizing, restocking, and communicating updates to the Area Lead.

Candidates must be reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. The role requires the ability to lift and move products and the mandatory use of steel-toed safety shoes.
