We’re hiring right now; if you’re interested, apply below for your chance to join a great place to work Responsibilities The design team on FXMod works closely with product, development and end users to translate product requirements into designs that the dev team can use to build the system. A day could involve heads-down work on design specifications, a research session with users to understand their needs and workflows, a brainstorming session with the product owners and spinning up a concept with an LLM. Must Have Skills 3–5 years of relevant professional experience Undergraduate Degree Experience in visual design UI research experience Experience in Capital Markets Strong critical thinking. The Product Designer translates product requirements into technical designs for the development team. Responsibilities include creating design specifications, conducting user research, and brainstorming concepts with product owners.

Candidates must have 3-5 years of professional experience in visual design and UI research, specifically within Capital Markets. An undergraduate degree is required, while a degree in HCI, UX, or Graphic Design is preferred.
