Pay Rate: $88.56/hour, depending on experience Contract Length: 4 months and 14 days Location: Calgary, Alberta Raise is currently hiring a Senior Project Manager – Twilio MFA Deployment on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our Client, is a major Canadian airline. Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable. Description The Senior Project Manager in this role will lead the enterprise deployment of Twilio Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) capabilities across the organization. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a secure, scalable, and user-centric authentication solution that enhances organizational cybersecurity while minimizing disruption to business operations. The Senior PM will partner closely with Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Infrastructure, Modern Workplace, Service Desk, Communications, and business stakeholders to deliver the MFA rollout through pilot, deployment, adoption, and operational transition phases. The role requires strong stakeholder management, vendor coordination, governance, risk management, and organizational change leadership.. Responsibilities Project Delivery & Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery of the Twilio MFA implementation program. Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities. Coordinate multiple workstreams including solution design, testing, communications, training, deployment, and support readiness. Cybersecurity & Identity Integration: Partner with IAM and Security teams to align MFA deployment with enterprise identity strategy. Coordinate integration activities with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO platforms, customer applications, and third-party systems. Stakeholder & Executive Engagement: Serve as the primary point of coordination between business units, technology teams, security leadership, and vendors. Facilitate working sessions, design reviews, decision forums, and executive governance meetings. Organizational Change Management & Adoption: Partner with Communications and OCM teams to develop rollout communications and engagement plans. Coordinate training, knowledge transfer, user readiness, and support materials to maximize user acceptance and minimize resistance. Governance & Reporting: Establish project governance structures and reporting mechanisms. Maintain RAID logs, decision logs, dependency tracking, and executive dashboards. Provide regular updates to SteerCo and senior leadership. Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with Twilio and implementation partners. Coordinate vendor deliverables, timelines, technical dependencies, and issue resolution. Support contract management, SOW oversight, and budget tracking. Risk & Dependency Management: Identify and proactively mitigate implementation risks. Manage dependencies across IAM, Infrastructure, End User Computing, Service Desk, and Security Operations teams, developing contingency and rollback strategies where required. Operational Readiness & Transition: Ensure Service Desk, Operations, and Support teams are prepared for go-live. Coordinate hypercare and post-implementation support activities and successfully transition ownership to operational teams following rollout. Qualifications 8 to 12+ years of progressive project or program management experience delivering large-scale technology transformations. Proven hands-on experience leading enterprise cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or authentication initiatives. Direct experience managing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), identity modernization, Single Sign-On (SSO), Privileged Access Management (PAM), or access management programs. Demonstrated track record of successfully managing third-party vendors, suppliers, and external delivery partners. Nice-to-Have Experience & Skills Enterprise cybersecurity project delivery in complex corporate environments. Organizational change management (OCM) and user adoption strategies for enterprise-wide software or security rollouts. Vendor, contract, and SOW management within large IT ecosystems. Comprehensive risk identification, dependency mapping, and executive governance reporting. ross-functional leadership with strong communication, facilitation, and executive presence. Success Measures MFA solution deployed to target user populations on schedule and within budget, with target user adoption achieved within agreed timelines. Measurable reduction in authentication-related security risks with minimal business disruption during rollout. Successful operational transition, support readiness, and positive stakeholder satisfaction. Full compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements. Education and Certifications Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent industry-recognized project management certification (preferred). Nice to Have: Relevant cybersecurity, IAM, or ITIL certifications.
