Responsibilities End-to-end dedicated designer on the mobile banking app pillar, responsible for the ownership of the design process from discovery, high-fidelity design, accessibility, and visual design testing to release support. Supporting the visual creative direction of the mobile banking app, with a keen understanding of both iOS and Android native patterns and interactions. Must Have Skills 5+ years of experience as a Visual Designer with a strong focus on UI and visual design. Outstanding portfolio showcasing modern, clean, visually appealing designs with strong attention to detail and current design trends. Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally with designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. Strong communications skills. Mobile application design experience is required Proficiency with design and collaboration tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Mural, Jira, and Confluence. Design system + token/variables Nice-to-haves Previous experience in Finance, Commercial Banking, or Payments domain. Banking/financial services experience is nice to have but not mandatory. The designer will own the end-to-end design process for the mobile banking app, from discovery and high-fidelity design to accessibility and release support. They will also support the visual creative direction for both iOS and Android platforms.

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in visual and UI design with a strong portfolio and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in mobile application design is required, while banking or finance domain knowledge is preferred.
