The Opportunity The Continuous Improvement Specialist is a key leadership role responsible for guiding process improvement initiatives across internal operations, as well as with strategic suppliers and stakeholders. In this role, you will build organizational capability, increase business productivity, and solve complex problems using data analytics, Six Sigma, and Lean/Operational Excellence methodologies. Responsibilities Understand and support manufacturing and business objectives, helping to identify and quantify Critical Business Needs (CBN) and key improvement opportunities. Facilitate the Continuous Improvement (CI) process with cross-functional site teams, setting annual targets, building project pipelines, and running weekly action reviews. Guide project teams in applying appropriate methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, OpEx tools) and deliver training/coaching as required. Provide project management support using DMAIC, DMADV, and PDCA frameworks, conducting business case and risk analyses. Ensure long-term, sustainable results through practical change management and control plans. Research functional best practices and re-apply key learnings across the organization. Travel periodically (up to 50%) for training and site project work. Qualifications Experience: 5 to 8 years of professional work experience, ideally within manufacturing, supply chain, or transactional functions. Methodologies: Proven expertise in Six Sigma tools/frameworks, Lean Manufacturing, and Operational Excellence tools. Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, coach teams, and drive organizational change through influence. Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven problem-solving abilities combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
