Randstad Digital is the world's leading partner for talent, and we are looking for a high-energy, consultative Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional IT staffing and complex managed services, helping federal government departments navigate their digital transformation journeys. What You Get to Do You will be the primary driver of growth within a dedicated territory of federal government accounts. Your focus will be on being a "Trusted Advisor" by delivering our full suite of workforce and digital solutions. Strategic Growth: Analyze market trends and leverage industry expertise to strategically position Randstad Digital's managed services and talent offerings. Consultative Selling: Envision how technology—specifically cloud, data & analytics, and digital engineering—can transform your customer’s business. Relationship Management: Proactively engage with senior-level stakeholders and hiring managers to build enduring relationships founded on integrity. Full-Cycle Ownership: Lead the execution of new agreements, from qualifying job orders and skill-marketing top talent to negotiating terms and ensuring successful project delivery. Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment partners and project management teams to ensure an integrated delivery model that surpasses client expectations. What You Need to Bring We are looking for a professional who understands the nuances of both the IT staffing industry and the professional services landscape. Experience: 2–5 years of sales experience, ideally within an IT sales, IT consulting OR staffing agency, professional services environment. Proven Results: A history of outperformance, specifically in expanding services within assigned accounts and meeting margin dollar goals. Communication Power: Outstanding ability to present complex services at all levels of an organization—from HR managers to C-suite executives. Versatility: Proficiency in strategic selling concepts and the ability to manage the financial health of your accounts in a metrics-driven environment. Education: A Bachelor’s degree is advantageous or equivalent professional experience. Randstad Digital operates in a hybrid work model in areas where we have offices. There should be no expectations that this is a full time remote role, even in areas where we have no offices at the time of hire.
