Ranmar CNC Machining is a Canadian manufacturer serving top-tier automotive and mold-making customers with the highest standards of quality. We're growing and need 2–3 skilled CNC Mill Machinists to join our shop floor team — immediate start available for the right candidates. You'll work across our milling equipment — Haas VF Series mills, Matsuura, Fadal, and Takisawa machines, including 3, 4, and 5-axis work — supported by a dedicated in-house toolroom. This is hands-on production work for someone who takes pride in precision and wants steady, full-time hours with real overtime opportunities. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components to spec Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Monitor machine operation and adjust for proper function and quality Perform in-process quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot basic issues Maintain a clean, organized, safety-compliant work area Follow all health and safety policies and WHMIS regulations Collaborate with teammates and the toolroom to keep production moving Experience Prior hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC milling machines (Haas, Fadal, Matsuura, or Takisawa experience a strong plus) Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Comfortable using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team WHMIS certification (or willingness to complete on hire) What We Offer Immediate start for the right candidates Clean, organized, lean manufacturing facility Modern Haas-series milling equipment plus Matsuura, Fadal, and Takisawa machines Stable full-time work with overtime opportunities Growth and advancement opportunities Flexible schedule On-site parking Work Location: In person — Brampton, ON
