Overview As our organization continues to grow and expand, we are seeking a President to provide leadership across three closely integrated operating companies within the group - Ready Machinery, Valley Mechanical and Begley Overhead Doors. This position reflects our commitment to building the leadership capacity and operational structure needed to support the next phase of growth. Current ownership will remain actively involved in the business, as we structure our organization with an increased focus on strategic growth, customer relationships, acquisitions, and long-term opportunities. The President will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the organization, ensuring strong execution across operations, financial results, people leadership, customer service, and continuous improvement. Reporting directly to ownership, this role will work closely with the leadership team to align priorities across all companies, optimize performance, strengthen collaboration, and build a high-performing organization positioned for continued success. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a clear strategic vision for all operating companies Lead annual planning, budgeting, and long-term business planning processes Oversee full P&L responsibility for all three companies Monitor financial performance, KPIs, and cost structures across entities Drive operational efficiencies and scalable processes across the group Partner with finance to ensure accurate reporting and strong financial controls Oversee day-to-day operations across all business units Standardize processes where appropriate to improve efficiency and consistency Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, safety, and service delivery Identify and remove operational bottlenecks across the businesses Build, lead, and develop a strong leadership team fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members Identify synergies across operations, sales, and service delivery Lead integration efforts for any future acquisitions Report regularly to ownership on business performance and strategic initiatives Provide clear, data-driven insights to support decision-making Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and safety requirements Represent the organization externally with key partners and stakeholders Qualifications Proven leadership experience (president, VP, or Director level) preferably in industrial, equipment, manufacturing or service based industries. Strong financial acumen and expertise driving profitability. Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at all levels. Decisive leader who communicates with clarity and holds teams accountable. Demonstrated success in team leadership and fostering a collaborative organizational culture. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
