Assistant Resident Managers play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management. The Assistant Resident Manager is responsible for cleaning common areas and performing minor maintenance repairs. They also prepare apartments for new residents and provide exceptional customer service.

Candidates must have experience in cleaning, minor maintenance, and customer service. A valid driver's license and the ability to work in a team environment are required.
