Résumé du poste

Build relationships. Create opportunities. Help organizations gain financial clarity. At Reconcile Business Solutions, we help business owners and non-profit leaders understand their numbers and make better decisions. Our services go far beyond bookkeeping—we provide financial reporting, process improvements, systems implementation, and strategic support that help organizations thrive. We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who enjoys opening doors and creating meaningful business relationships. This is an ideal role for someone who loves business development (closing deals) but doesn't want the pressure of managing implementations. Your focus is simple: generate interest, qualify opportunities, and introduce clients to our Relationship Manager. Why You'll Enjoy This Role Work remotely with a flexible 20-hour schedule. Build relationships instead of hard-selling. Be part of a collaborative, supportive team. Earn $25–$30/hour plus commission, with on-target earnings of approximately $45/hour. Extended health benefit allowance. Optional use of our East Vancouver office. What You'll Do Build a pipeline of qualified prospects through outreach, networking, and marketing. Develop relationships with business owners, non-profit leaders, CPA firms, and referral partners. Qualify prospective clients through discovery conversations. Keep CRM records organized and current. Hand off qualified opportunities to our Relationship Manager for proposals and onboarding. What You'll Bring 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Experience working with small businesses, professional services firms, or non-profits is an asset. Confidence using LinkedIn, Microsoft 365, CRM software, and modern sales tools. Self-motivation, curiosity, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. If you're energized by meeting people, creating opportunities, and helping organizations find the right financial partner, we'd love to hear from you. Part-Time (20 hours/week) | Remote | Vancouver-based applicants preferred
