Project Lead #1059 Our client is a well-established design and project delivery firm with over 30 years of experience creating innovative, human-centered environments across workplace, healthcare, hospitality, retail, residential, and other specialized sectors. They are seeking a Project Lead to oversee the successful planning and execution of projects, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and service. They offer a hybrid work environment with offices in Hamilton and Toronto, and a salary range of $75k to $95k Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of interior design and project delivery initiatives from concept through completion. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to maintain quality, timeline, and profitability targets. Mentor and support designers and project team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development. Support business development initiatives through client relationship management, presentations, proposals, and account support activities. Ensure compliance with established project management processes, quality standards, and organizational procedures. What We're Looking For Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related discipline. 7+ years of progressive experience leading commercial interior design, workplace, healthcare, hospitality, retail, residential, or related projects. Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, budgets, schedules, and project teams. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team mentorship capabilities. Proficiency with Revit, CAD, and project management tools; experience with ERP/CRM systems is considered an asset. Strong understanding of project delivery, design coordination, and constructability principles. Client-focused mindset with the ability to build relationships and contribute to business growth.
