Our client is seeking a Claims Management Coordinator to oversee workplace injury and disability claims while supporting positive outcomes for employees and the organization. This role serves as the primary liaison between employees, supervisors, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies, ensuring claims are administered fairly, consistently, and in compliance with applicable legislation. The ideal candidate will bring strong claims management experience, sound judgment, and a process-driven approach to case coordination. Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To Coordinate workplace injury and disability claims from initial reporting through resolution Review incident details, claim documentation, and medical information to ensure accuracy and compliance Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, supervisors, healthcare providers, and external stakeholders Manage return-to-work and modified duty programs that support successful recovery outcomes Monitor claim status, maintain accurate records, and provide updates to key stakeholders Support workplace incident investigations and assist with claim-related reviews Track claim trends, loss data, and reporting metrics to identify opportunities for improvement Ensure compliance with workers' compensation legislation, privacy requirements, and company policies Your strengths include: 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation, disability management, claims administration, occupational health and safety, human resources, or a related field Strong understanding of WCB processes, claim management, and return-to-work programs Ability to assess incidents objectively and make sound, evidence-based decisions Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation abilities Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion Proficiency with Microsoft Office and claims management systems Experience in industrial, manufacturing, transportation, construction, energy, or other high-risk environments considered an asset Training or certification in Disability Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Human Resources, or a related discipline considered an asset If you are interested in this role and meet the above criteria, please click the "Apply" button to send your resume directly to Bobi-Jo Warner.
