Our client is seeking an HSE Coordinator to support the delivery and continuous improvement of health, safety, and disability management programs across a multi-site operation. This role serves as a key resource to operational leaders, employees, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while promoting a strong safety culture. The ideal candidate will bring strong health and safety experience, expertise in disability and workers' compensation management, and a proactive approach to risk mitigation. Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To Support the implementation and maintenance of health, safety, and environmental programs across the organization Coordinate safety training, orientations, and compliance-related activities Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations, including recommendations for corrective actions Provide guidance to operational leaders on health and safety requirements, policies, and best practices Support audit activities and continuous improvement initiatives across regional operations Manage complex disability and workers' compensation claims from intake through resolution Coordinate return-to-work and accommodation programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Monitor claim activity, maintain documentation, and provide reporting and analysis to leadership Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislation, workers' compensation requirements, and company policies Promote a positive safety culture through communication, education, and stakeholder engagement Your strengths include: 5+ years of experience in health and safety, disability management, or workers' compensation administration Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation, disability management, and claims processes Experience managing return-to-work programs, accommodations, and complex claims Ability to conduct investigations, inspections, and risk assessments Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety or claims management systems Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field preferred CRSP, CSO, or NCSO designation considered an asset Experience within construction, telecommunications, utilities, or related industries considered an asset Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to operational sites as required If you are interested in this role and meet the above criteria, please click the "Apply" button to send your resume directly to Bobi-Jo Warner.
