Our client is seeking a Superintendent to oversee the coordination and execution of underground utility construction projects, including water, sanitary, and storm systems, for land development and subdivision projects. This role is responsible for leading field operations, managing site crews, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, municipal standards, and company policies while maintaining quality, schedule, and operational excellence. Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To Lead underground utility construction projects while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule objectives are achieved Provide leadership and direction to Foremen and field crews to maintain efficient daily operations Manage project schedules, sequencing, quality control, and compliance with drawings, specifications, and municipal standards Identify and resolve construction issues while minimizing project delays and operational risks Partner with Project Managers and project teams to support successful project delivery Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Lead site meetings, communicate project priorities, and maintain effective coordination with stakeholders Complete accurate site reports and project documentation Your Strengths Include 5-8+ years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing underground utility construction, with a focus on land development and subdivision projects Strong knowledge of water, sanitary, and storm utility installation, construction methods, and municipal standards Proven ability to lead multiple crews while effectively managing schedules, priorities, and project resources Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, contract documents, and construction requirements Excellent leadership, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced construction environments Strong communication and relationship-building skills with field personnel, project teams, consultants, and clients Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and continuous operational improvement Ability to make sound decisions, adapt to changing project conditions, and maintain project momentum under tight deadlines If you are interested in this role and meet the above criteria, please click the "Apply" button to send your resume directly to Bobi-Jo Warner.
