Company Description Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading all warehouse operations and ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant flow of materials throughout the facility. This role works closely with Production, Quality, Laboratory, Technical teams, and external logistics partners to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations. This state-of-the-art facility includes an automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS). The Warehouse Manager is accountable for all warehousing activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, AS/RS operations, material movements, shipping coordination, and outbound logistics to co-packers. The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in transitioning the warehouse from project phase to stable operations. This position is responsible for building and developing a high-performing warehouse team, driving a strong safety culture, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring regulatory and quality compliance, and delivering reliable warehouse execution within a highly automated SAP/WMS environment. The Warehouse Manager is also responsible for optimizing warehouse processes, maximizing storage utilization, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service levels. Job Description INBOUND SUPPLY CHAIN & PORT LOGISTICS Manage inbound raw material from Vancouver Port to the facility in coordination with 3PL providers. Coordinate receiving schedules, unloading container & WH capacity to ensure efficient material flow. Collaborate closely with Supply chain team on all inbound logistics activities. Ensure optimal utilization of warehouse space and AS/RS storage capacity. Maintain accurate inventory transactions and material traceability within SAP and WMS. Align material availability and warehouse operations with production OTIF requirements. Execute outbound shipments to co-packers to ensure on-time delivery. Oversee AS/RS operations and warehouse material movements to ensure safe and efficient execution. Ensure compliance with corporate warehouse, logistics, quality, and safety standards. WAREHOUSE & ASRS OPERATIONS Operational ownership of the ASRS system following project handover. Work closely with engineering, IT, and vendors during system stabilization. Establish and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and escalation protocols. Ensure warehouse operations meet safety, productivity, and accuracy requirements. Define and manage business continuity plans for ASRS downtime scenarios. LOGISTICS (CANADA – US) Coordinate FTL transportation schedules with carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders. Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate, including commercial invoices, BOLs, and customs documents. Maintain accurate transportation records and logistics transactions within SAP and WMS systems. Investigate and resolve freight claims, shipment discrepancies, and transportation-related issues. Ensure all logistics activities are conducted in compliance with company safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Point person to escalate any regulatory related issues to HQ. SAP. WMS & SYSTEMS INTEGRATION Function as business owner for warehouse processes in SAP and WMS. Partner with IT to ensure accurate master data, inventory management, and HU handling. Prevent inventory discrepancies through disciplined transaction controls. Support system testing, go‑live stabilization, and post‑go‑live optimization. TEAM LEADERSHIP & CAPABILITY BUILDING Build, lead, and develop supply chain and warehouse teams from the ground up. Design training programs for employees with limited ASRS exposure. Develop supervisors and identify key ASRS super users. Foster a safety‑first, disciplined, and accountable operating culture. SAFETY QUALTY & COMPLIANCE Ensure warehouse activities comply with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards as set by HQ. Support internal and external audits (food safety, customs, safety). Promote safe interactions between people, equipment, and automated systems. Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT Define and track ramp‑up KPIs (Inventory accuracy, Safety metrics and OTIF). Drive warehouse stabilization before cost or efficiency optimization. Identify and lead improvement initiatives once operations mature. Quality related KPI's like failure notices in general. Internal audit results from QA and corrective action implementation within 30 days. Drive CI initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and service performance. Qualifications 5-7+ years of progressive experience in logistics / warehouse management. Experience in manufacturing or ingredient/food environments. Hands‑on experience working in SAP (ERP and EWM preferred) and WMS systems. Demonstrated experience with cross‑border Canada–U.S. logistics. Strong understanding of customs documentation and compliance. Experience supporting or leading operations in automated or ASRS environment. Proven ability to build and lead teams in startup or change environments. Greenfield or plant startup experience and direct involvement in project‑to‑operations handover is an asset. Premix, food, ingredients, or regulated manufacturing background is an asset. Additional Information The expected annual base salary range for this position is $80,850 to $92,400. The actual base salary for this position will depend on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience and work location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of Red Bull’s bonus plan. Red Bull Canada is an equal opportunities employer.
