Company Description Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Manager will assist the Red Bull Canada Distribution (RBCD) management team with warehouse operations which includes inventory management, fleet management, warehouse management safety management, and day-to-day operations geared towards operational excellence. Job Description EXECUTION Receive deliveries and ensure the proper warehouse rotation of product. Assist the Operations Manager with daily inventory to ensure accurate counting and tracking inventory on trucks and in the warehouse. Oversee operational activities in the Operations Manager's absence and secondary contact for warehouse access and security. Manage warehouse rotation of product to implement FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) policy while meeting Account Manager and customer needs. Coordinating preventive maintenance for all RBCD delivery vehicles. Monthly inspection of RBCD’s vehicles to examine cleanliness, damage, and/or wear and tear of the vehicle and arrange for non-routine repairs, as appropriate, with minimal disruption to operations. Monitor vehicle accidents with the maintenance service provider. Ensure nightly loading process complies with our policies. Help clean, repackage, and introduce repackaged product back into circulation within RBCD's standards. SAFETY Create a culture of safety by educating employees on safety standards and expectations and safe operation of equipment through online and in-person training. Advise leadership team on safety compliance concerns and required preventative actions. Follow all accident and injuries reporting procedures, including submittal into the Incident Management System. Inspect working conditions to ensure all activities are compliant with company and regulatory standards. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Warehouse Management. Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record. Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays. High School Diploma or High School equivalency. Previous experience managing a team required. Previous forklift experience is considered an asset. Air Brakes Endorsement is considered an asset Additional Information The expected annual base salary range for this position is $63,023 - $69,657. The actual base salary for this position will depend on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience and work location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of Red Bull’s bonus plan. Red Bull Canada is an equal opportunities employer.
