$18.25/hour + tips | Full-Time & Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling Red Robin Robson is hiring Bartenders to join our front-of-house team at 803 Thurlow St, Vancouver, BC V6E 1W1. If you enjoy connecting with guests, making great drinks, and working as part of a busy restaurant team, we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for bartenders who are friendly, organized, confident behind the bar, and able to provide great service while keeping things running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: * Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages * Welcoming guests and providing friendly, attentive service at the bar * Taking accurate food and beverage orders * Learning the Red Robin menu and helping guests with recommendations * Preparing beverages for Servers and supporting restaurant service during busy periods * Checking identification and following responsible alcohol-service requirements * Processing guest payments accurately * Keeping the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service * Restocking beverages, glassware, and bar supplies as needed * Working closely with Servers, Hosts, kitchen team members, and restaurant leaders * Following food-safety, sanitation, and liquor-service procedures WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for people who: * Are friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with guests * Have strong organization and multitasking skills * Can provide great service while managing multiple priorities * Work well as part of a team * Are dependable and arrive ready to work * Take pride in preparing consistent, quality beverages * Can stay organized during busy restaurant periods * Are available for a combination of day, evening, and/or weekend shifts Previous bartending or restaurant serving experience is preferred. Experience as a Bartender, Server, Bar Server, or in another hospitality or guest-service role is an asset. A valid Serving It Right certification is required.
