Full Stack Engineer

Job Overview This is an early engineering seat with broad ownership across the whole stack. You will be trusted to set architecture, hold a high code-review bar, and own features end to end from the data model through the decision surface that enterprises act on, and you will mentor junior engineers as the team grows. Responsibilities Ship features end to end across the stack, from the data model and backend services to the warehouse transformation models and the decision surface. Extend the data transformation pipeline and the query layer that turns query config into warehouse SQL, keeping multi-tenant filtering and parameterized queries airtight. Design and defend multi-tenant isolation: row-level security, the auth, roles, and permissions layer, invite flows, and the workspace scoping that runs through every query. Build and harden the insights system: the scheduled detect-and-recommend pipeline, LLM-authored recommendations, and the insight and Kanban workflow surfaces in the product. Own the orchestration path: the nightly scheduled jobs (ingest, transform, refresh, insight generation, cache flush), with safe locking and admin gating. Build widgets and AI-insight UI in TypeScript and React, wired to the backend read path and its caching layer. Raise the engineering bar: set conventions, review teammates’ PRs with care, and lay the groundwork for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness. Run the production story: backend and front-end deploys, error monitoring, structured logs, and request tracing, and keep the local dev workflow clean. Requirements Several years building and shipping production web apps, with real depth on both backend and frontend. Strong backend skills (Python or similar) and strong TypeScript and React; you can move confidently between an API service and a front-end component in the same day. Solid SQL and data-warehouse fundamentals; comfortable reasoning about analytical queries, partitioning, clustering, and query cost. A track record of owning systems end to end, across the data model, the API, and the UI, and making sound architecture calls under early-stage ambiguity. A high code-quality and code-review bar, and the judgment to merge independently without breaking multi-tenant or security invariants. Comfortable mentoring junior engineers and setting the patterns others follow. Nice to haves Modern data-stack experience: a warehouse transformation tool and EL or ingestion tooling. Multi-tenant SaaS isolation work (row-level security or equivalent). Building with LLMs in production: prompt design, evaluation, and cost and latency control. Exposure to SOC 2 or ISO 27001 controls, or a security-conscious mindset. Experience with modern SSR frameworks, charting libraries, or ad-platform APIs.

The role involves owning the full stack from data models and backend services to the frontend UI and decision surfaces. Key duties include designing multi-tenant isolation, building AI-driven insight systems, and managing production deployments and orchestration.

Candidates need several years of experience shipping production web apps with deep expertise in Python, TypeScript, React, and SQL. A proven track record of owning end-to-end systems and the ability to mentor junior engineers is required.
