We are seeking a dynamic Pricing & Quotation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute pricing strategies that improve win rates and margin performance while reducing quote lead times. You will lead the transition from transactional quoting to strategic, data-driven pricing approach, enhancing competitiveness and profitability through the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS). Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance, you will ensure pricing is aligned with market conditions, customer value, and business objectives. Main responsibilities: Own margin expansion, cost management, and pricing strategy for the switchgear product portfolio, driving improved profitability. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth strategies aligned with annual operating plans and long-term business objectives. Design and implement pricing frameworks and guidelines, improving consistency, speed, and effectiveness of the quoting process. Leverage cost drivers, inflation trends, and competitive intelligence to optimize pricing decisions and enhance price realization. Lead, coach, and develop quoting and estimation teams while establishing standard work and best practices grounded in the RBS and Regal Values. Support high-value and complex bids with strategic pricing guidance, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives. Conduct market and pricing analytics (e.g., margin performance, win/loss trends, scenario modeling) to inform decision-making and uncover growth opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline. 5+ years of experience in power distribution products, with a strong focus on switchgears. Leadership experience in quoting, engineering, or commercial roles, supporting business growth. Strong technical knowledge of switchgear standards (UL, CSA, ANSI, IEEE, NEC/CEC). Skilled in interpreting electrical drawings, bills of materials, schematics, and specifications. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for analysis and reporting. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and familiarity with Power BI and Salesforce CRM. Experience implementing pricing tools and process improvements to enhance efficiency. Experience in custom-engineered, project-based environments is a strong asset. Professional engineering certification (P.Eng.) is an asset. Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship. Skills: Highly organized leader with a proven ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple concurrent initiatives. Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic growth within complex, matrixed organizations. Customer-focused, with a strong track record of creating value and building long-term, trusted partnerships. Strong communicator, comfortable engaging diverse audiences through written, verbal, and presentation formats; fluent in English. Commercially driven, with solid financial acumen spanning profitability, pricing strategy, and investment decision-making.
