DUTIES: The successful candidate will: Keep up-to-date with information posted on info stream Perform maintenance and mechanical repair as required Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical problems Identify the correct component to be replaced Maintain a clean and organized working environment Provide CCR that are clear and self-explanatory Review service history and recommend needed services to guests Promote sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and its associated service requirements Write and verify accurate repair orders (CCR, mileage, service recommendations, etc.) Communicate effectively additional service requirements to service advisors and guests Perform additional duties as instructed by Service Manager or Assistant Manager QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate will have: Multiple years of industry experience is an asset Hybrid technician skills are an asset Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English. Additional language is an asset Working knowledge of Quorum is an asset but not mandatory Track record of high sales performance with excellent CSI scores High School Diploma Ability to type more than 35 words per minute an asset Class 5 Driver License with a clean driving record Job Type: Full-time Benefits Dental care Extended health care Store discount Vision care Experience Red Seal Automotive Technician: 2 years (required) Licence/Certification Class 5 Driver's License (required) Red Seal Automotive Technician License (required)

Requires a Red Seal Automotive Technician license, a Class 5 Driver's License, and at least 2 years of experience. A high school diploma and fluency in English are also required.
