About the Job We're looking for an HR and Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team at Rehab2Go. Rehab2Go is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation company bringing physiotherapy, occupational therapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, osteopathy, acupuncture, and mental healthcare to patients across Ontario, in their home or virtually. Rather than employing clinicians out of a central location, we build and support a growing network of licensed, independent clinicians who deliver in-home and virtual care within their own local community, setting their own hours and coverage area. Our vision is to make integrated rehabilitation accessible for patients everywhere, with clinicians working together as a true care team. Whether we're fitting a custom brace, running a virtual physio session, or supporting a patient through psychotherapy, our mission stays the same: to deliver accessible, multidisciplinary rehabilitation care for every Ontarian we serve. The Role Reporting to the Head of Growth and Partnerships, the HR and Administrative Coordinator will own the people side of a fast-growing healthcare business; recruiting, hiring, and supporting the great clinicians who keep Rehab2Go running day to day. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real ownership early. You'll move between recruiting, HR administration, and general operations support, and you will see the direct impact of your work on the clinicians and patients Rehab2Go serves. You Will Own the full-cycle recruiting process for Rehab2Go's clinician network and staff roles, including pipeline building, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and offer coordination Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, including offer details, new hire setup, system access coordination, benefits coordination, and serving as the primary point of contact for new hires Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, including hires, job changes, compensation updates, terminations, policy templates, and employee files, in accordance with company policy and applicable legislation Support payroll inputs and partner with Finance to ensure timely, accurate processing Respond to employee and contractor questions related to HR policies, processes, and systems, escalating complex issues as needed, and coordinate regular contractor check-ins Draft and send regular communications to staff, contractors, patients, and partners Provide patient intake backup coverage on an as-needed basis Manage the day-to-day operations of our Toronto office, including food and snack orders, office supplies, and equipment Provide general administrative support, including printing, preparing materials, and other day-to-day office tasks as needed Plan and organize informational and social events for contractors, staff, and patients Represent Rehab2Go professionally and help build its reputation as a strong, people-first place to work To Be Successful, You Should Have 1-3 years of HR experience; healthcare experience is an asset High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities Excellent written communication skills Strong verbal communication skills across every level, clinicians, patients, partners, and leadership Comfort working across different tools and systems, including electronic medical record systems, Airtable, Google Drive, etc. A self-starter mentality, comfortable taking initiative without heavy oversight Comfort wearing multiple hats and moving between types of work Genuine excitement to grow with a startup, including the shifting priorities and range of hats that come with it A builder's mindset, comfortable testing and refining tools or workflows, including AI-assisted approaches, to work more efficiently Location This is a full-time, in-person role based out of Rehab2Go's head office in Toronto. This isn't a remote or hybrid role. Compensation This role pays $24-$25 CAD per hour.
