Position: Corporate Controller Location: Toronto, ON Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 Overview: A leading organization specializing in high-rise developments is seeking a qualified Controller to join their team in Toronto. Skills and Experience: Accounting Expertise: Proven experience in financial management within the high-rise development sector. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams and financial processes. Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and auditors effectively. Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a financial management role, with significant experience in high-rise or real estate development projects. Education: CPA designation required. Post-secondary degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred. Extra Consideration will be given to candidates with experience in: - Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, High-Rise Developments, Strategic Financial Planning.
