Pre-Construction Manager – ICI Construction Location: Greater Toronto Area Salary: $150,000–$170,000 + Bonus & Benefits Our client, an established ICI general contractor, is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead projects through estimating, planning, design development, and procurement . Key Responsibilities Lead the pre-construction process from opportunity assessment through project handover Manage budgets, estimates, schedules, value engineering, and risk analysis Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams Oversee tendering, scope reviews, and subcontractor selection Support proposals, presentations, and project pursuit strategies Ensure a smooth transition from pre-construction into project execution Qualifications 8+ years of ICI construction experience Strong estimating or pre-construction background Experience with commercial, institutional, industrial, or mixed-use projects Excellent knowledge of construction costs, contracts, scheduling, and procurement Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor and play a key role in shaping complex ICI projects across the GTA.
