About the Opportunity A well-established Vancouver corporate practice is seeking a Corporate & Securities Associate to join its growing team, working on a mix of public and private company transactions. Key Responsibilities Support corporate and securities transactions, including financings, M&A, and reorganizations Draft and review corporate documents, disclosure records, and continuous disclosure filings Conduct due diligence for transactions Liaise with securities regulators and stock exchanges as needed Work closely with senior lawyers on client matters and business development Qualifications Called to the Bar in British Columbia, in good standing 2-5 years of experience in corporate/securities law Strong drafting and transactional skills Familiarity with Canadian securities regulatory requirements Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills How to Apply Submit your resume in confidence for consideration.
