Litigation Associate — Trial & Defense Practice

Our client is a large, international law firm. They're looking for an Associate with litigation and trial experience who is proactive, organized, and brings strong oral advocacy, research, and writing skills. Key Responsibilities Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions and recommendations for clients Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis, and draft memoranda Draft and review pleadings, briefs, motions, discovery, and other legal correspondence Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as needed Requirements Admission to the Arizona Bar 3–6 years of relevant experience Excellent academic credentials Exceptional legal writing and communication skills Ability to manage and prioritize multiple matters simultaneously Strong problem-solving and issue-spotting skills Benefits The firm offers a range of tailored benefits, including healthcare coverage, retirement planning, and wellbeing initiatives.
