Lead regional growth for an established Canadian infrastructure manufacturer High-visibility leadership role with autonomy and decision-making authority Manage key client relationships across Alberta's growing infrastructure market Competitive compensation, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits Long-term career growth within a stable, expanding organization Collaborative leadership team focused on innovation and customer success What You'll Be Doing Sales Leadership Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share across Alberta Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional sales team Establish performance objectives and drive accountability through regular coaching and feedback Foster a customer-focused, high-performance sales culture Business Development Identify new business opportunities across civil construction, infrastructure, municipalities, consulting engineering firms, and contractors Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers Lead complex sales negotiations and support major project pursuits Develop long-term account strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth Customer & Market Strategy Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings Strengthen the company's presence throughout the Alberta infrastructure market Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Engineering, Production, Logistics, Customer Service, and Marketing Support successful project execution from quotation through delivery Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports Drive continuous improvement within regional sales operations What We're Looking For Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline Proven experience leading sales teams within civil construction, infrastructure, steel products, engineered products, or related industries Strong business development and strategic account management experience Demonstrated success coaching and developing high-performing sales professionals Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Experience with CRM systems, forecasting, and sales analytics Willingness to travel throughout Alberta Preferred Background in structural steel, bridge products, civil infrastructure, engineered products, drainage, or heavy construction materials Knowledge of consulting engineering firms, municipalities, contractors, and infrastructure procurement Experience managing large infrastructure accounts and complex sales cycles Ideal Backgrounds We're particularly interested in candidates from: Civil Infrastructure Structural Steel Bridge Products Engineered Products Construction Materials Heavy Civil Construction Municipal Infrastructure Transportation Infrastructure Geotechnical Products Precast Concrete Pipe & Drainage Solutions Who Will Thrive Here?
