The CRM & Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and audience segmentation strategies. Working primarily in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, this role plays a key part in driving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through targeted, data-driven communications. Duties and Responsibilities Under the supervision of the E-Commerce manager, the duties and responsibilities of the CRM & Email Marketing Specialist include, but are not limited to, the following: Build, test, schedule, and deploy email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Manage customer segments and targeted audiences to support marketing initiatives. Develop and maintain automated customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns. Coordinate campaign execution with Marketing, Creative, eCommerce, Loyalty, and Data teams. Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and conversion. Conduct A/B testing and implement optimization strategies. Maintain the email marketing calendar and ensure timely campaign delivery. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and industry best practices. Other duties as assigned. Skills and Effort Requirements Strong knowledge of email marketing, CRM, and customer lifecycle marketing. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Minimum Requirements 3 to 5 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, or a related field. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred. Experience building customer segments, automated journeys, and email campaigns. Strong proficiency in Excel and marketing analytics tools. Retail or eCommerce experience is considered an asset.
