WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented full-time PM Club Lounge Server to join our F&B team and provide exceptional service to our Marriott Bonvoy Elite guests. Our hotel's Club Lounge is an exclusive area where elite guests can relax, work, and enjoy complimentary refreshments and snacks. As a Club Lounge Server, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our elite guests have a memorable experience in the Club Lounge. You’ll greet guests as they arrive, replenish refreshments, snacks, and hors d’oeuvres, maintain a clean and organized area, and assist guests with any needs they may have. You’ll also work closely with our Concierge team to assist with guest requests and provide recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that our Elite guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay at our hotel. This is a permanent full-time position with evening shifts that pay $17.50 an hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED Some of the key responsibilities of our Club Lounge Server include: Greeting elite guests as they arrive in the Club Lounge and providing exceptional customer service. Maintaining a clean and organized area, including restocking refreshments and snacks. Assisting elite guests with any needs they may have, including answering questions about hotel amenities and providing recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Working closely with our Concierge team to fulfill guest requests and ensure that all guest needs are met. Monitoring the Club Lounge for any maintenance issues or safety hazards and reporting them to the appropriate team member. Ensuring that all guests adhere to the Club Lounge policies and procedures. Part of this role includes assisting HALO Bar|Bistro where business levels allow. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
