You Will Ensure a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff. Print day tickets and season passes for guests. Champion all products and services sold through the Visitor Services and Winter Sports School, promoting all experiences and products available at the resort. Handle cash including a daily float and debit and credit card transactions. Respond to inquiries in person, via email and phone. Address guest service-related questions and concerns, escalating to the Visitor Services Manager, Winter Sport School Supervisor or Visitor Services Supervisor when appropriate. Ensure daily communication between various departments and within the team as needed (Food & Beverage, Mountain Operations, etc.) to provide accurate and up to date information to guests about resort services and products. Responsible for the administration of guest ski or snowboard lessons and other related products or services. Assist the Winter Sports School Supervisor in determining daily staffing. Assist with other duties as assigned. You Have Previous professional experience in a customer service role. Cash handling experience. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and POS systems. A passion for the mountain lifestyle and the outdoors. Experience in a mountain or resort setting (an asset). Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. The ability to stand for extended periods. Additional language skills (an asset). We Offer Competitive Wage: $19.77 - $20.81 per hour.
