As we continue to grow across Canada, we are looking for a Team Leader – Underwriting Support recognized for their motivating leadership, operational rigor, and ability to develop talent. Your Role Reporting to the Director, Operations, you will oversee and support a team of underwriting assistants located across multiple Canadian provinces. You will contribute to operational optimization, achievement of service standards, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities Motivate, coach, and support the team in achieving objectives Oversee daily operations and manage priorities and workload volumes Ensure compliance with service standards, KPIs, and operational quality expectations Participate in performance management, employee development, and evaluation processes Collaborate on the improvement and standardization of business processes Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives Provide underwriting support during peak periods, as needed Desired Profile 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial insurance 2 to 3 years of team management experience Experience managing employees located across multiple provinces Positive leadership style, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability Comfortable working with technology and in evolving environments Grow Your Career With Us Joining Revau means being part of a dynamic environment where your ideas, leadership, and expertise will have a direct impact on our growth across Canada.
