We are a Drug Preparation Premises in Mississauga/Oakville, ON and provide hospitals, clinics, and physicians offices with sterile compounded preparations. Our facility employs a variety of experts including trained pharmacists, technicians, chemists, and microbiologists. We currently have a Full-Time and Part-time Permanent opportunities for a staff pharmacist. Responsibilities Complete the final technical check of sterile and non-sterile compounded preparations in a timely manner. Maintain understanding and apply principals as outlined within NAPRA sterile and non-sterile standards, OCP regulations, USP <797> and USP <795>. Maintain all required documentation related to Controlled Substances, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance as assigned. Function as the final quality review authority, ensuring all documentation meets established company standards and compliance expectations. Document and complete all necessary in-process verifications as required for batch release. Ensure proper handling and management of products in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards, including appropriate storage conditions and approved use within the facility. Collaborate with Quality Assurance team members to support and participate in investigations related to compliance, deviations, and process improvements. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Registered Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compounding pharmacy environment Strong knowledge of compounding procedures, techniques, and regulations Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Shift times between 5 am and 9 pm Ability to commute/relocate: Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
