Proficiency with network design tools, Visio or similar diagramming software, and quoting/configuration systems. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and solution‑architecture skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively across technical and commercial teams. Experience responding to RFPs/RFIs and preparing technical proposals. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field. Industry certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, JNCIA/JNCIS, MEF‑CECP, or optical networking certifications.
