We currently have an opportunity for a Repair & Maintenance Lead at our Dunvegan Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre located in Rycroft, AB. As a Repair & Maintenance Lead you contribute to the safe, efficient and profitable operation of grain handling and/or crop input facilities. You are responsible for the repair and maintenance of high throughput grain handling and crop input facilities, utilizing both in-house and contract maintenance resources. Qualifications: Mechanically inclined with relevant maintenance experience Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; excellent customer service skills Detail-oriented with demonstrated accuracy A valid driver's licence is required An agricultural background would be considered an asset Richardson International provides an excellent compensation package consisting of competitive salary, pension, a flexible benefits plan and training and career development opportunities. The Repair & Maintenance Lead is responsible for the safe and efficient maintenance of grain handling and crop input facilities. They manage both in-house and contract resources to ensure the facility operates profitably.

Candidates must be mechanically inclined with relevant maintenance experience and possess strong communication and organizational skills. A valid driver's license is required, and an agricultural background is considered an asset.
