With a long history of providing high quality experiences for students, the Richmond School District strives to be “The Best Place to Learn and Lead.” Richmond School District operates 38 elementary schools, 10 secondary schools, alternate programs, continuing education and a number of additional facilities. The district enrolls approximately 21,000 students (K-12) and employs over 3500 dedicated staff. The Richmond School District is accepting applications for secondary classroom teachers and TTOC's. Required Qualifications Include Successful completion of a Bachelor of Education; Recent contract teaching experience and/or student teaching experience; Certified or eligible for certification with the Ministry of Education - Teacher Regulation Branch; Registration with Teacher Qualification Service (TQS). Application Portfolios Must Include The Following Documentation Cover letter Resume Final Practicum reports from both Faculty and School Associates Academic Transcripts Recent teaching evaluation within the past 8 years from your administrator (for experienced teachers) Compensation Salary as per Teacher's Collective Agreement current salary range is $59,704 to $109,520 annually plus a comprehensive benefits package.
