Active Living: Initiate and promote physical activity tailored to the client's abilities. Meal Preparation: Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals as needed. Personal Care: Prompt clients with their routine and assist directly with personal care. Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean environment (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, dishes, laundry). Outings & Appointments: Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities. Our Ideal Candidate Enjoys caring for seniors and has a good sense of humour. Holds themselves to the highest professional standards of reliability. Position Requirements Current certification in Standard First Aid and CPR. Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check, including the Vulnerable Sector Screen (copy required). COVID-19 considerations: All caregivers are to wear a mask while with a client. Personal protective equipment is provided.

Provide 1:1 personal care, companionship, and physical assistance to clients in their homes or care facilities. Maintain a clean environment, prepare meals, and accompany clients to appointments and social activities.

Candidates must hold current Standard First Aid and CPR certification and pass a criminal background check including a vulnerable sector screen. Applicants must be local to the Scarborough area and eligible to work in Canada.
