Privately owned small volume endodontic practice located in the Corktown/Riverside community in downtown Toronto is seeking an experienced Certified Level 2 Chairside Dental Assistant who demonstrates a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a genuine passion for patient care. Compensation $27-37 hr. based on experience and references. Health spending account and 3 paid sick days after probationary period. Free onsite parking Daily Scrubs and footwear provided. No weekends. ESA standards for holidays. Schedule Mon. Wed, Thurs: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Tuesday and Friday: Optional. Start date: August 1st or similar. Qualifications Level I and Level II assisting diploma. Level 2 Provincial Certification. Current HARP, CPR, and WHMIS certification (or provided upon hire). Experienced using a Lexa or M11 sterilizer. Minimum 3 years of chairside dental assisting experience. Endodontic or specialty experience preferred. Professional reference from a supervising dentist is required. Comfortable using dental software for charting, documentation, and note transcription. Responsibilities Prepare instruments and materials. Sterilize equipment and maintain IPAC standards. Take diagnostic endodontic radiographs including shift shots and position patient for CBCT. Transcribe doctor notes and sent out post op letters and scans. Manage inventory and ordering. Keep clinical areas organized and clean. Complete comfort calls and assist admins when there are no patients.
