We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory, sourcing parts, and providing exceptional service to our customers. This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical components and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be highly team oriented and be able to seamlessly hand off or pick up orders between team members. Wages negotiated based on related skills and experience. Problem-solving skills are required, leadership skills are important, powersports experience is a plus. * Accurately identify and source parts for various power equipment and powersports vehicles. * Maintain organization of inventory and stock levels. * Assist customers with inquiries regarding parts availability and specifications. * Process orders and manage the shipping and receiving of parts. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of parts requests. * Assist in monitoring inventory to minimize discrepancies. * Provide technical assistance to customers when necessary. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace. * Assist in restocking shelves and displays, and putting away new inventory. Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. * Ability to work as a part of a team and stay focused independently. * Previous experience in a leadership role is an asset. * Positive attitude and a willingness to learn. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficient in using dealer management software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * Strong customer service skills are essential.
