The Auto Body Technician is responsible for: Examine vehicles damage thoroughly to plan efficient, safe repair methods. Return the vehicle back to factory and OEM specifications Remove trim, damaged parts, and panels using appropriate hand and power tools. Fill, file, grind, sand, and smooth repaired surfaces for flawless finishes. Bolt, weld, and align replacement parts using specialized welding equipment.S File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools Aim headlights, align panels, and perform final cosmetic repairs. Straighten bent automobile frames utilizing our frame rack systems. Perform other duties as assigned by management Repair aluminum damage safely according to strict OEM procedures. Position Requirements: Certification: Valid Auto Body Technician Journeyperson Ticket. Credentials: Red Seal Certification and I-CAR training are highly valued asset. Skills: Experience with aluminum repair and Mitchell estimating software is a plus. Tools: Must possess your own tools to complete standard autobody repairs. Traits: Strong attention to detail, high integrity, and a collaborative work ethic. Licence: Valid Driver’s Licence is required. Ready to join the RM Auto Group family? We want to meet you!
