On behalf of our not-for-profit client, we’re looking for a hands-on AI Specialist to help organizations identify, build, and deploy practical AI solutions that create real business impact. This is not a strategy-only role. You’ll work directly with stakeholders to uncover high-value use cases, translate business needs into technical solutions, and then build what you scope. You’ll work across AI applications, automation, integrations, and agentic workflows—often helping smaller organizations get more value from the tools and data they already have. This contract has an initial term of 2-months; however, if successful, there is potential for this contractor transition onto a multi-year program. What you’ll be doing: Build RAG applications and custom AI solutions Develop AI-enabled solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps Prototype and deploy solutions using AI coding tools such as Codex and Claude Code Build and iterate on AI agents and agentic workflows Map client workflows, systems, and data to identify opportunities for automation Integrate platforms, data flows, CRM tools, marketing systems, and other business applications Advise teams on effective use of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot Build AI-powered automation for areas such as research, content generation, outreach, and operational workflows Train users and create documentation so solutions remain sustainable after implementation What we’re looking for: 2–4+ years of experience developing, implementing, configuring, or supporting technology platforms Hands-on experience with AI-enabled platforms such as Microsoft Copilot/Copilot Studio, Salesforce Einstein, or Agentforce Practical experience using generative AI tools and AI coding agents to build real-world solutions Strong understanding of integrations, data management, APIs, and automation Ability to run discovery sessions and translate business requirements into technical solutions Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with Power Platform, Salesforce, RAG architecture, AI agents, automation, and AI-assisted software development would be highly valuable. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting, building quickly, solving ambiguous problems, and helping organizations turn AI from an idea into something people actually use.
