Power Apps Developer

We are seeking an experience Power Platform Developer 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform Technologies to design, develop and support enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Powerapps (Canvas Apps), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI, along with solid experience in SQL querying and Microsoft data technologies. This role involves building scalable business applications, automating processes, and developing data-driven reporting solutions. The developer will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and cross functional teams to deliver robust solutions that support operational and analytical needs. Key Responsibilities Power Platform Development Design and Develop Power Apps Canvas applications to support business workflows and enterprise data management. Build scalable solutions using Dataverse, SharePoint and SQL based data sources. Develop and maintain power automate flows for workflow automation approvals and integrations. Implement advanced Power Fx formulas, reusable components, and optimized application logic. Power BI Reporting Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights. Design efficient data models and transformations to support reporting needs. Develop and maintain SSRS reports for operational reporting where required. Database and integration Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures and data transformations. Work with SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation and loading processes. Support integration of Power Platform Solutions with enterprise databases and back-end systems. Dataverse and Data Modeling Design and manage Dataverse tables, relationships and business rules. Implement data validation logic and maintain data integrity. Ensure proper security roles and access control are implemented. Solution Delivery and Collaboration Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Participate in design discussions, testing, deployment and production support. Documentation & Best Practices Document technical designs, configurations, and workflows. Follow best practices for Power Platform development, security, and governance. Support ongoing improvements and enhancements to existing solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience with power platform ALM, Solution and environment management. Familiarity with rest API's and system integrations. Microsoft power platform certifications. Experience working in enterprise environments with complex data and reporting needs. Experience working in a regulatory environment. Key Competencies Strong Analytical and problem- solving skills. Stakeholder Engagement: Collect and translate business requirements from stakeholders into technical specifications. Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
