Our client is a well-established and growing organization providing specialized services and solutions to customers across Western Canada. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of projects from initial planning through to successful completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on project professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is skilled at coordinating customers, field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations are met. Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource requirements, and execution strategies. Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, field teams, and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Review project requirements, drawings, specifications, contracts, and related documentation. Manage project costs, forecasts, change orders, and financial reporting. Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services as required. Conduct project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. Ensure projects comply with company, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Work closely with operations and field teams to resolve issues and support successful project execution. Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Support estimating, business development, and customer relationship activities when required. Participate in project close-out, including final documentation, costs, lessons learned, and customer follow-up. QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably within construction, industrial, mechanical, infrastructure, manufacturing, or a related environment. Post-secondary education in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is an asset. Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Experience interpreting project drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong relationship-building skills with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management/scheduling software. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
