Robert Half is partnering with a growing and well-established organization to recruit a Senior Accountant with strong experience in US GAAP reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment while taking ownership of key financial reporting and month-end responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial statements in accordance with US GAAP Lead key aspects of the month-end and year-end close process Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting working papers Support consolidations and intercompany accounting where applicable Assist with technical accounting research and implementation of new US GAAP standards Partner with internal stakeholders to improve financial reporting processes and controls Support external audit and tax engagements by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests Assist with financial analysis and ad hoc reporting for management Qualifications CPA designation (or near completion) preferred 3–6+ years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to US GAAP Experience in public practice or industry with US reporting requirements Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Why Apply?
