What You’ll Be Doing You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of customers while actively expanding your reach in the market. Your days will include: Building strong, long-term relationships with existing clients Identifying new opportunities and growing your territory Matching customers with the right equipment and service solutions Leading engaging product demos and presentations Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and support Staying ahead of the curve on products, trends, and customer needs Representing Robert’s Equipment at trade shows, site visits, and community events What Makes You a Great Fit You’re someone who enjoys connecting with people, understands how to sell value (not just price), and is motivated to succeed. 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in equipment or a related industry Strong understanding of agriculture, construction, or similar sectors Confident communicator who can simplify technical products for customers Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented Comfortable using CRM tools and managing your pipeline Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally Why Join the Robert’s Team?
