This isn’t just a driving job — it’s a hands-on role where you’ll be trusted to transport equipment, represent the company professionally, and keep operations moving efficiently across locations. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll play a key role in ensuring equipment and parts get where they need to go — safely, on time, and with care. Your day-to-day will include: Delivering equipment and parts to customers and between company locations Coordinating daily schedules with the Logistics Manager Communicating with customers to confirm delivery and pickup details Completing all required documentation accurately (logs, inspections, transfers) Performing pre-trip inspections and basic preventative maintenance Monitoring routes and adjusting for road conditions, closures, and delays Supporting inventory accuracy through proper transfer coordination Maintaining trucks and trailers to ensure they are safe and road-ready Participating in safety meetings and following all company and regulatory guidelines Representing the company professionally at all delivery points What Makes You a Great Fit You’re reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working independently while staying connected to a team. Valid AZ, AR or DZ Driver’s License 2+ years of experience in a similar driving role Experience with Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) Strong understanding of road safety and compliance regulations Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Highly organized and able to manage time and routes effectively Comfortable with technology (Microsoft 365, basic systems) Ability to lift equipment and parts as required Willingness to be on-call when needed Why Join the Robert’s Team?
