Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Regional Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales and margin growth while strengthening relationships with customers, suppliers and employees. What you will do: Drive Strategic Sales: Identify and pursue key market opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights to develop and execute winning sales strategies. Inspire Performance: Motivate and guide the sales team to deliver profitable growth and capture new market opportunities Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships with current and prospective customers to foster loyalty and growth. Deliver Winning Solutions: Create compelling sales presentations and competitive quotations that meet customer needs and differentiate ROBINSON in the market. Develop Top Talent: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing coaching and feedback. Optimize Performance: Review and monitor sales performance to ensure alignment with regional growth objectives. Manage Resources: Contribute to budget planning, manage expenses, and maximize resource allocation to deliver strong sales and margin results. About you: 10+ years in sales, business development, or account management, including 5+ years leading a sales team. Experience in wholesale distribution an asset, ideally plumbing or HVAC. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets. Skilled at recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams. Strong relationship builder with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Strategic thinker with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
