As a Product Design Intern, you'll help shape the user experience of Rocket's innovative digital products. You'll gain hands-on experience in the product design process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help define the future of financial services technology. About the Role * Generate ideas and concepts through sketching, wireframing, and prototyping * Work with our research team to understand customer needs and pain points * Translate insights and feedback into intuitive and visually appealing designs * Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to bring to life * Advocate for user-centered design principles About You Minimum Qualifications * Demonstrated proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite * Strong visual design and UI/UX skills * Ability to effectively communicate design decisions and rationale * Passion for creating exceptional user experiences Preferred Qualifications * Demonstrated ability to support the iterative design process from end-to-end, including wire-framing, prototyping, user testing and high-fidelity visuals * Experience with user research and usability testing * Familiarity with design thinking methodologies * Understanding of front-end development and technical constraints * Experience contributing to the design of products in a collaborative, cross-functional environment What you’ll get Our team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too!
