Benefits: Company parties Health insurance Job Summary Rockport Commercial is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain our internal residential and commercial properties in Winnipeg. You will ensure all spaces meet high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety for residents, tenants, and visitors. Key Responsibilities Sanitize common areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and public bathrooms. Clean commercial office spaces, meeting rooms, and high-traffic facility areas. Perform routine tasks like vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and emptying garbage bins. Execute deep cleaning projects including professional carpet cleaning. Maintain specialized amenities like fitness centers and dog wash stations. Deep clean vacant residential suites thoroughly for move-ins and move-outs. Collaborate with team members to ensure property safety and presentation. Organize, track, and restock cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment. Complete alternative duties as assigned by the employer to support operations. Qualifications and Skills Experience cleaning both residential and commercial properties is an asset. Physical stamina to handle lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. Strong time management skills to handle multiple property sites efficiently. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Knowledge of safe handling practices for commercial cleaning chemicals. Transportation Requirements A valid Class 5 driver’s license is strongly preferred.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across residential and commercial properties, including common areas and vacant suites. Responsibilities include routine tasks like vacuuming and dusting, as well as managing cleaning supplies.

Experience in residential and commercial cleaning is an asset, along with the physical stamina to handle demanding tasks. A valid Class 5 driver's license is strongly preferred for traveling between property sites.
