We are looking for someone who is dependable and hardworking to join our framing and drywall team. Our projects range from large-scale commercial builds to multifamily residential apartment complexes. Key Responsibilities Framing & Drywall: Construct metal and wood stud frameworks and install drywall for commercial spaces and multi-family residential units (apartments). System Installations: Install thermal insulation and apply professional caulking to meet specific building codes. Site Maintenance: Take initiative in keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe, from individual units to large commercial spaces. Trade Collaboration: Work effectively alongside electricians, plumbers, and other trades in a fast-paced environment to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule. Skill Development: Bring your experience to the team or develop your skills through hands-on coaching and support on the job. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who shows up ready to work, takes pride in what they do, and enjoys being part of a team that gets the job done right. Experience in commercial or multi-family residential (apartment) framing, drywall, or finishing. Someone who has a strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude. A willingness to learn, grow, and keep building skills in these trades. Experience working on stilts is considered a strong asset. Experience with both wood and metal framing is considered a strong asset. What You’ll Need A valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle to get to job sites. The ability to lift 50+ lbs and work safely on ladders and scaffolding. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-production environment.
